How does a subscription work?

YEG Coffee Club will send out your first order (box) within two weeks, every subscription box after will be delivered (or be ready for pick up) by the third week of the month.

What will be in my box?

We team up with a different YEG Coffee Roaster every month, you will also get a YEG treat in every box. No two boxes will be the same.

Do you ship to my location?

We currently ship anywhere in Canada.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time as long as the current month's order has not been fulfilled it will end immediately.

Can I just buy one box?

You can always sign up for the monthly subscription and if it's not for you cancel after the first box.

What gift options do you offer?

Currently, we offer a few prepaid gift subscriptions options, which include: a 3-month, 6-month, bi-monthly and annual prepaid subscription.

How does a gift subscription work?

Please add the gift recipient's name as the shipping address (make sure you choose Canada Post shipping and not pick up) and your name in the billing address section. They will receive a box within two weeks of the order being placed and then they will roll into the subscription.
