OCTOBER 2023 UNBOXING - COFFEE ROASTER & SNACK OF THE MONTH

In the month of October, we are featuring Catfish Coffee Roasters, a family-owned coffee roasting company based in Edmonton, AB. Their journey began at the Old Strathcona Farmers Market in 2008, and since then they have been committed to their small batch approach and ensuring consistent quality in their coffee roasting process.

This month, you will be trying Sunnyside Up sourced from family-owned farms located in the Kintamani highlands on the island province of Bali, Indonesia and Antioquia, Colombia. The coffee is grown in volcanic soils, bringing a new flavor experience to your cup. This blend combines fully natural and washed coffee to provide a perfect balance of flavors.

This month, you can sample one of their organic bites: pistachio, almond, hazelnut, or coconut.
